Our Purpose

To say education is important is an understatement. It is probably the most important tool to change one’s life.  It certainly determines the quality of an individual’s life. It improves one’s knowledge, skills and develops the personality and attitude. Education affects the chances of employment for people. People become more mature with the help of education and it enables individuals to express their views efficiently. But the greatest challenge is to get quality education at an affordable cost.

The cost of higher education in India is constantly rising and is often out of the reach of the common masses. Many students from rural areas and small towns leave their homes and move to cities or nearby suburbs to pursue higher studies from institutions located there. The high cost of these institutions combined with the high cost of living in cities often becomes a hurdle for students and they often have to let go of their dreams/aspirations.

DELA through its various initiatives intends to enable brilliant students from rural backgrounds so that they can fulfill their  dream of pursuing higher education in top universities across India.
